You represent and warrant that:

KBB Render retains all ownership rights in and to the underlying AI systems, software, models, algorithms, and platform technology used to generate outputs. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in our technology.
We do not guarantee exclusivity of outputs. Due to the nature of artificial intelligence systems, similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.
AI-generated outputs are produced using automated machine learning systems based on user inputs. While we strive to provide high-quality and realistic results, outputs may contain inaccuracies, distortions, inconsistencies, or unintended elements.
KBB Render does not guarantee that outputs are factually accurate, technically correct, compliant with building regulations, structurally sound, or suitable for real-world construction or engineering use without independent verification.
The Service is intended for visualisation, concept development, and presentation purposes only.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and ensuring that any AI-generated output does not infringe third-party rights and is suitable for your intended use before relying on it.

8. Payments and Refunds
